Homeless Camps Targeted as Source of California Wildfires

Los Angeles and San Francisco have had a growing problem with encampments of homeless people that has since burst into flame. Los Angeles officials have confirmed that “the blaze that swept through the hills of Bel-Air last week, destroying six homes and damaging a dozen others, was sparked by a cooking fire at a homeless encampment in a nearby ravine.”
