Fitting with Cook’s orientation, Apple as a company has taken a very public pro-LGBT stance — even to the degree of partnering with the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), a far-Left organization that brands mainstream conservative Christian groups “hate groups” for disagreeing with LGBT activism. Notably, however, Apple does not present the same face in every country — literally.

Rick Moran: A gay man who describes himself as a liberal Democrat is accusing New Jersey Senator Cory Booker of sexually assaulting him in 2014…We’ll see how the #MeToo movement reacts over the next few days, but my guess is that they will soft peddle the accusation and Booker will skate on it.

America’s high schools, liberals arts colleges, and universities got taken over by Leftist radicals, who starting in the 1960s had burrowed into the system as eternal graduate students and who gradually emerged, like parasites, to devour their hosts. The result has been increasingly politicized, feminized institutions that, in many cases, bear almost no resemblance to their original incarnations…

They are so eager to do so, in fact, that they are willing to omit relevant facts from their stories to achieve the purpose.

On Sunday night, pop singer Taylor Swift announced her opposition to Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), citing mostly LGBT issues. In these attacks, she misrepresented Blackburn’s positions, painting the Republican candidate for Senate as a bigot and a “hater.”

To the surprise of everyone, including his most severe critics, Senator Lindsey Graham emerged as a Republican bulldog during the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings. His searing, angry rants against Democrats for their smear tactics have won him newfound respect on the right and now he says he’s only just begun.

Roger Simon: Democrats rely for its electoral power on overwhelming support from African-Americans, a dependency in itself inherently racist and suffused with reactionary identity politics.  Without the black vote, the Dems might as well rename themselves the Celluloid Party and run Hollywood agents for mayor of Malibu.

Many observers have equated Dr. Ford’s emotional testimony with credibility. But, there are several red flags that should inform reasonable people that she can’t be trusted. By her own testimony, she revealed she flew to Washington to give her testimony, contradicting earlier claims that her fear of flying prevented her from testifying.

China is  no longer really communist but something closer to corporate fascist, exploiting the market while using state control in the most ironclad crony capitalism, anti-democratic in every way imaginable. But, in the true communist tradition, they remain the global leaders in political prisoners…None of this seems to bother Google or Brin.

Trump opponents are ready to pounce on whatever response there is to Florence. They no doubt already have the op-eds written, the speeches are being polished, and lines of attack are being coordinated. All that remains for the attacks to begin is for spaces detailing what went wrong to be filled in.
