Indecent Biden Advised to Enjoy the Gutter

NewsBusters

Biden’s sometimes speechwriter Jon Meacham gushed as Biden accepted his victory on that “what was on the ballot here was decency and democracy and empathy and Joe Biden is particularly well-equipped for this moment.” No. He wasn’t. It’s quite apparent he’s not decent. And neither is Meacham, the editor who oversaw Newsweek going so wrong it was sold for a dollar.

AP Touts Jill Biden’s “Healing Role,” Trashed Melania’s “Marketing Ploy”

NewsBuster

AP should stand for Associated Publicists when they write on Democrat first ladies. Reporter Darlene Superville penned a year-in-review valentine on Monday headlined: Jill Biden:” I didn’t expect ‘healing role’ as first lady.” This sounds remarkably naive for someone who spent eight years as the Second Lady. At least there was no “Doctor” thrown in, maybe because the “healing” might sound too literal.

Do We Need a Jan. 6 News Glut?

NewsBusters

The riot at the Capitol was a horrible event, and every thug and goon that beat a policeman should be prosecuted. But everyone knows that when thugs and goons tried to set a federal courthouse on fire in Portland with federal employees inside it last year, these self-appointed “reality” definers didn’t find an “insurrection.”

NPR Finds Racism in the Beatles

NewBusters

Beatles fans of all ages can flock to Disney Plus for a new documentary called “Get Back” that reassembles footage of John, Paul, George, and Ringo creating music as the band begins to dissolve in 1969. NPR used the occasion for guilt-trip clickbait: “How did we get stuck with the idea that four white guys make a rock band?”

NewsBusters

In the hours after the jury found Rittenhouse not guilty on Friday of all the criminal charges the prosecution leveled against him, MSNBC threw a pity party of sorts by inviting radical activists on-air to disparage the jury, judge and Rittenhouse as evidence the country was determined to protect “white supremacist” “terrorists.”

Gag: ABC Sympathizes with 1619 Project Author

NewsBusters

Nikole Hannah-Jones was given yet another opportunity by the media today to smear her critics and avoid taking blame for her historically inaccurate “1619 Project.” On ABC’s Good Morning America Monday, co-anchor Robin Roberts did damage control for the New York Times journalist-activist, praising her as an unfairly maligned messenger of “truth.”

Newsweek Editor Blasts Lib Media “Elites” for Weaponizing “Wokeness”

NewsBusters

Newsweek deputy opinion editor Batya Ungar-Sargon left quite an impression during an appearance on Sunday’s Reliable Sources as she politely went at it with CNN host Brian Stelter over how the “highly affluent, highly educated liberal elites” both in the media and the left generally have weaponized “wokeness” against the “working-class of all races” in America.
