She’s not progressive, so she doesn’t trigger their activism. Her co-stars will stay mum, too, likely scrubbing their previous online support for Carano. Don’t bet against Twitter deplatforming her soon.

The worst thing Hollywood could do is to shoot a smug, repetitive PSA telling us to take the vaccine. The proposal for ex-presidents — Bush, Obama and Clinton — to take the test together as a sign of good faith is far more beneficial. The only way a celebrity PSA might work is if a very select group of stars anchored the cause such as: Dolly Parton, Chris Pratt, Kevin Hart and Gal Gadot.

Dinesh D’Souza’s new film, “Trump Card,” debuted Oct. 9 with a scathing look at the modern progressive movement. It also savages Hunter Biden whose shady business dealings are downplayed by the press…As of Oct. 10 “Trump Card” is the number one movie on the iTunes charts, ahead of Disney’s “Mulan” which boasts a massive marketing machine behind it as well as the Disney brand.

Think Candace Owens, Nikki Haley, Condaleezza Rice or Kellyanne Conway, to name just a few.

HBO Max doesn’t restrict its activism to adding trigger warnings to beloved films. The new streaming platform is getting in the pro-Biden game just in time for Election Day. The platform just announced a “West Wing” fall reunion. But the event is a promotional tool for When We All Vote, an allegedly nonpartisan group created by former First Lady Michelle Obama.
